Hello and welcome! My name is Sabrina, I’m an average teen homeschooled by my awesome mother, and I’m the recipe creator behind glutenillusion. Every single recipe on my page is 100% gluten-free and there are some occasional dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, paleo, and vegan recipes also. I have a major sweet tooth and LOVE to bake beautiful treats, especially for others. My goal here is to provide phenomenal alternative gluten-free recipes that taste even better than the original ones, for those that sadly can’t eat gluten. In 2019 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which led me to a gluten-free diet. Because of this I sadly couldn’t eat some of my absolute favorite foods! 🙁 But… Thanks to this restriction, I started looking up alternative ingredients, baking, creating my own recipes, and ended up here sharing my recipes with you! 🙂 I basically only make sweets, so you probably won’t find anything savory over here. Most of my time is spent studying, playing with my dog, hanging out with my family, and baking. I love traveling (mostly only in Tokyo, Japan because my grandparents are Japanese), laughing and hanging out with my friends and family, and playing competitive games like Capture the Flag with my youth group. Baking is my only consistent hobby, taking up a lot of my time (probably because I’m a perfectionist), and I practice it almost daily. I hope you will truly enjoy my recipes and share them with everyone else that loves sweets (even if they’re not gluten free)!
